Rush Orders

We can accomodate your requests for guaranteed overnight or 2-day delivery! Our shopping cart is not designed to handle custom shipping options, however. For a quick quote on Super-Expedited shipping, please E-mail us with your request. For faster service, please include the following:

  • The Product ID of the item(s) you wish to order
  • The destination zip code
  • Whether the destination is a street address or a P.O. Box
  • Whether the destination is a commercial or residential location.
  • Whether you need guaranteed 2-day or Overnight
  • What payment method you intend to use

You will need your order number from the "Thank you" page or your order confirmation e-mail, and the e-mail address used to place the order.

You should have received a confirmation e-mail with the link to the above order status page when you placed your order. Also, we will e-mail you again when there is a change in order status. If you do not receive these messages, it may have been routed to your JUNK mail folder, or been blocked by SPAM filtering software. Please be sure to add tmbstudios.com to your accepted domains in order to receive confirmation and change in order status e-mails. Occasionally, a customer will enter an e-mail address with a typographical error, and this will prevent their confirmation and change of order status e-mails from arriving. Phone orders:

Some customers prefer to give us their Credit Card information by phone rather than online. While we encourage the use of our secure shopping cart whenever possible, we can take Credit Cards by phone. Simply place your order through the shopping cart system, choosing "Credit Card by Phone" as your payment method. We will then contact you to obtain your Credit Card information at the billing phone you provided in the checkout process.

Mail orders:

Customers may choose to mail payment for their orders in the form of a money order, personal check, or written Credit Card information. To place a mail order, please complete the order through the shopping cart system, choosing "Mail Check or Credit Card Info" as your payment method. Once your order has been entered, we will contact you by e-mail to provide you with a form for sending us your payment. Please be aware that payments made by personal check may delay the shipment of your order while waiting for the payment to clear.

We offer Customer Service by E-mail. Your e-mail inquiry will be answered promptly by a real person. We do not send automated e-mail replies. We make every effort to reply to all inquiries. If you have e-mailed us, and do not receive a reply within 24 hours, be assured, we are not ignoring you! Technology is wonderful, but it can sometimes fail! Please check your e-mail's SPAM folder or JUNK mail settings to be sure our message has not been misdirected or blocked. If you need to e-mail us a second time, please put the words "2nd request" in the subject line, and provide a phone number where you can be reached in case our e-mail replies are being blocked.

For your convenience we have included a shipping estimator to the first step in our shopping cart, before any personal information is entered. Remember, this estimator does not accurately calculate shipping costs outside the Continental US, except for Atlantic Liners books.
